Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after you place your order, excluding weekends and federal public holidays. No order processing or shipments will be completed on these off days.

2. US Domestic Standard Shipping
  • Free Shipping Eligibility: Free standard shipping automatically applies to all US orders with a subtotal of $39 or more. No extra delivery charges will be added for qualifying purchases.
  • Estimated Delivery Window for US Orders: After your order finishes processing, domestic packages typically arrive in 3–7 business days.
3. General Shipping Terms
  • Delivery delays may happen during holiday rushes, major sale events, or severe weather. We are not responsible for transit delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • All listed delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed firm delivery dates.
  • Any import taxes, duties, or customs fees for shipments outside the U.S. and Hong Kong are the buyer’s sole responsibility.
  • A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
